Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made with a minimum of  24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than a 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% service charge. Same—day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.

This policy exists to respect reserved time and travel commitments.
